Let’s Get to Know Each Other

Duration: 30-45 minutes

We’d like to get to know you better! After receiving your CV, we invite you to a short video or phone conversation, typically lasting 30-45 minutes. It’s an excellent opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to you and get to know you. During this conversation, you’ll learn about our company and the details related to the role you’re applying for. At the same time, we’re interested in your expectations and professional experience. Our goal is for this conversation to be both specific and friendly, giving you a better understanding of whether we are the right fit for you.

Let’s Discuss Your Achievements and Competencies

Duration: 30 minutes

The next step in our recruitment process is the qualification interview. During a 30-minute video conversation, you’ll have the opportunity to meet one of our experts for an evaluation of hard competencies. During this stage, we’ll focus on assessing your skills and experience relevant to the open position. We’ll consider examples from your work or solve real-life cases to better understand your competencies and how they align with the job requirements. This stage often concludes with a short take-home assignment for you. It’s important for us that you succeed while working with us!

Meeting with the Hiring Manager

Duration: 45-60 minutes

The final stage of our recruitment process is a conversation with the team leader. This 45-60-minute meeting can be conducted in person or online with the future team leader. During this conversation, we’ll focus on your experience and skills in working with clients. We’d like to hear about your successes and challenges in your career. Our goal is to gain a more complete picture of your potential and how you can contribute to our team’s success.
