Marcin Tchórzewski

Business transformation leader with 20+ years of experience in building top performing organizations and processes.

Marcin’s track record includes developing and leading Accounting Operations centers in EMEA for Marsh & McLennan Companies, turning around and and growing Arla Global Shared Services while also serving as a board member of Arla Foods’ commercial entity in Poland.

His Financial Services experience includes the position of Vice President of Operations at Street Bank responsible for growing and streamlining Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting as well as developing Key Investor Information Services for the Bank. Marcin had also built and led the Transfer Agency unit at Franklin Templeton Investments.

Marcin started his career in the U.S. working as accounting manager at Filtrona PLC in Richmond, VA and as financial analyst and controller at Medstrat, Inc. After returning to Poland he helped establish and lead HP’s GBS and BPO units.

Marcin studied leadership in London Business School, holds a degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University followed by the CPA certificate.

Daniel Wocial

Daniel possesses extensive experience in transforming business operations, HR functions, and organizations across various companies, including prominent ones like The Adecco Group, Mercer, Marsh, AXA Direct, HP, and T-Mobile. During his tenure as Head of Operations & Technology (COO) for Continental Europe at Marsh (Marsh & McLennan Co.), Daniel demonstrated exceptional leadership by spearheading the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies in 34 countries. His key accomplishments include designing and executing a Target Operating Model for the CE region, establishing operational excellence standards, and creating a “hubbing” roadmap.

Moreover, as the Head of the Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia cluster, Daniel successfully transformed The Adecco Group organization, boosting performance through the integration of operational excellence and culture reinforcement.

Daniel’s academic achievements are equally remarkable. He holds a post-graduate degree in Insurance from the Academy of Finance in Warsaw, a Canadian EMBA from the University of Quebec, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.

Currently, as an entrepreneur and Managing Partner of iSoureTec, Daniel advocates for flexible workforce strategies and modern talent solutions. In addition to his business pursuits, Daniel actively contributes to academia and research. He is a member of the Stakeholders Committee of the University of Warsaw and also serves as a researcher and lecturer, with a focus on macro-economic and social aspects of the labor market in Poland and the EU region.

His areas of expertise include human resources management in technology projects, design and delivery of turnkey solutions, as well as knowledge of IT market needs in terms of specialized competencies.

She specializes in the optimization of processes and costs related to employment, outsourcing, and talent acquisition. She focuses on innovative and reliable solutions, which she develops together with her clients. Her portfolio showcases her cooperation with recognizable brands in both the local and the global markets.

Eliza’s an experienced manager who built her career starting by coordinating projects in the recruitment area and employer branding, through creating and implementing HR processes, to managing large projects in various departments. Such diverse and comprehensive experience allows her to have a broad view of the business coupled with the understanding of perspectives of different parties. She has the knowledge and experience necessary to tailor and manage solutions to achieve the desired results.
