Helprise was the Main Partner of the 2024 PMI Mentoring Program, organized by the Project Management Institute Poland Chapter. The initiative provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange between seasoned professionals and emerging leaders in project management. Young People in a Multigenerational Work Environment

Helprise, in partnership with the University of Warsaw, hosted an event focused on intergenerational collaboration in the workplace, with ABSL Poland as a patron and Fundacja OFF School and PMI Poland Chapter as partners. Speakers included Helena Zikova, Wiktoria Nowak from Fundacja OFF School, and Joanna Długosz from PMI Poland Chapter. Discussions centered on managing multigenerational teams, highlighting analytical thinking, creativity, flexibility, and resilience.
