§1. General Provisions

• These rules (hereinafter: the “Rules”) define the terms and conditions of participation in the “Unlock Yourself with Lumina” contest (hereinafter: the “Contest”) organized during the ABSL Summit 2025.

• The Contest takes place from June 23 to June 25, 2025, at the Helprise booth during the ABSL Summit 2025.

• Participation in the Contest is free of charge and voluntary.

§2. Organizer

The Contest is organized by iSourceTec Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Lęborska 3B, 80-386 Gdańsk, Poland (owner of the Helprise brand).

§3. Contest Participants

• Any natural person who is at least 18 years old, has full legal capacity, and is a registered participant of the ABSL Summit 2025 may enter the Contest.

• Employees and collaborators of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

• Entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Rules and consent to the processing of personal data for contest purposes.

• To participate in the Contest, individuals must complete an electronic form accessible via a QR code displayed at the Helprise booth during the ABSL Summit 2025.

• The form includes a contact section and one key contest question.

§4. Contest Rules

• Contest entries will be evaluated by the Contest Committee based on a subjective assessment of the response to the contest question, considering originality, relevance, and creativity.

• The Contest Committee consists of representatives of iSourceTec Sp. z o.o.: Sonia Wysocka, Daniel Wocial, and Marcin Tchórzewski.

• The Contest results will be announced by June 30, 2025.

• Winners will be notified by email or phone.

§5. Prize

• The prize is a professional, individual personality evaluation using the Lumina Learning tool, conducted by a certified Helprise consultant.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

§6. Final Provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend the provisions of the Rules.

• In matters not regulated by these Rules, Polish law shall apply.
